Cookieless Google purchase measurement

Where Google measurement is configured, shopping activity can be measured without analytics or advertising cookies before a choice. Google receives public page details, product and order references, prices, and browser and network information. Customer names, email addresses, delivery addresses and payment details are not included. Optional cookies require approval. For cookieless Google measurement before a choice, temporary Google client and session references can be attached to an unpaid checkout without saving these identifiers in a browser cookie. Our server uses this reference to report a confirmed purchase if the confirmation page closes. The server-side identifiers are removed after 30 days. Saved measurement refusals and browser privacy signals keep this reporting off.

Browsing and saved choices

Page and image requests involve an IP address, requested URL, request time, browser and device information, and security or error records. Cloudflare uses this technical information to deliver and protect the website.

The bag saves product identifiers and quantities in browser storage. Checkout and order-access features can retain references needed to recover a request or verify access. These references do not prove payment or reserve stock. Clearing site data can empty the bag, remove privacy choices or end an access session.

Orders, payments and customer care

An order or customer-care request can involve your name, email, delivery address, selected items, quantities, order references, totals, payment outcomes and correspondence. We use the information to process and support purchases, arrange fulfillment, answer requests, handle returns and resolve disputes.

Whop handles payment credentials through its payment interface. The store keeps the order and payment information needed for reconciliation and support, rather than your full payment-card details. Do not send card numbers or passwords by email.

Keep secure order-access links private. A person holding a valid link may be able to see the associated order. An email asking a product question does not subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers and disclosures

Services used by this store include Cloudflare: website hosting, delivery and security; Whop: payment processing and shipping-address collection; Shopify: order and fulfillment management; Resend: transactional email delivery. Each receives the information needed for its role. Fulfillment partners and carriers receive the order and delivery details needed to prepare, ship, track or resolve a problem with your parcel.

Information may be processed outside your location under the relevant service arrangements and applicable safeguards. We may use or disclose records to meet legal obligations, protect the service, investigate misuse or resolve disputes. A change of business ownership does not remove applicable privacy duties.

Optional measurement and browser choices

Local product-interest measurement is disabled in this store configuration. Separately configured Google Analytics or advertising measurement requires the relevant optional measurement or advertising choice before its tag loads. Google receives technical and shopping-interaction information; measurement payloads exclude customer names, email addresses, delivery addresses and payment details.

Use Privacy choices to manage the available optional controls. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep this store’s optional measurement off. Declining or withdrawing optional measurement does not prevent shopping. Browser controls may also be needed to remove storage held by an external payment or other provider.

Retention and your rights

We retain personal information only as long as needed for orders, customer support, security, dispute resolution and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Clearing browser data does not cancel an order or erase server, email or provider records. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, use an authorized agent, appeal a denial or complain to the relevant authority. Email customer care to make a request.

We may need proportionate verification to protect your records. Legal recordkeeping duties or an unresolved dispute may limit deletion; we explain the reason and available next steps. Do not send identity documents without a specific legitimate need and a secure route.

Security, children and changes

HTTPS and access controls protect the website and order tools, but no service can promise perfect security. Adults should make purchases. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information that needs review or deletion.

The effective date identifies this notice. We update it when the operator, active services or data uses change. A new optional use that needs consent requires a separate choice.

Optional product interest measurement

With your permission, we count product views and successful additions to the bag by product and UTC date. These are action counts, not unique shoppers or conversion rates. Each event contains only a product ID, event type and a random event ID used to prevent duplicates; it contains no customer name, email, address or payment details. Cloudflare stores the aggregate totals and temporary event IDs. Temporary IDs expire from duplicate checking after 24 hours and are removed in bounded cleanup batches when new events arrive; aggregate totals remain until deleted. No analytics cookie or persistent visitor ID is used for this counter. Optional measurement stays off until you accept, and Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keeps it off. You can withdraw permission on the Cookie & privacy choices page. Your choice is stored in this browser with its version and timestamp and expires after 180 days. Necessary bag and checkout storage works independently. Any separately configured Google Analytics or advertising measurement uses its own disclosed settings.

Server purchase measurement

With Analytics permission, we save Google client and session identifiers in a first-party cookie for up to 24 hours and attach them to your checkout. Our server uses this link to report confirmed purchases, order references, items and amounts to Google Analytics, even if you close the confirmation page. We schedule these server-side identifiers for removal after 30 days. Advertising use follows your separate advertising choice. Names, email addresses, delivery addresses and payment-card data are excluded from these events. You can withdraw permission on the privacy choices page.

Reject optional on the cookie banner turns off optional cookies and keeps cookie-free purchase reporting on. You can also select Allow cookie-free purchase reporting in Cookie & privacy choices. Google Ads receives a confirmed purchase amount and order reference without analytics or advertising cookies. This separate purchase-only choice does not grant cookie storage, advertising user-data consent or personalization. Google also receives browser and network information. Names, email, delivery addresses and payment details are excluded. You can turn off all optional measurement instead. Existing full refusals, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track remain in effect.
